Cost and How to Book

FAQ

Cost

The national average cost of a counselling session is £40-£60 per 50 minute session, with some London based therapists charging in excess of £70.

I have set my standard rate at the lower end of this, £40, but for a full 60 minute session. I also do a sliding scale rate for students and those on lower incomes. I'm also happy to discuss a reduction if you are looking for sessions more frequently than you are able to afford, for example you are looking for weekly but unsure if you are able to afford this often.

My logic on fees is that counselling should be affordable to all, I know that sometimes those needing the most support are sometimes also struggling financially.

How to Book

There are a few ways to book in a session with me. You can book sessions directly with me through Harley Therapy, you'll have access to my available sessions and be able to book and pay for sessions online. You can do that here.

You can also go to the 'Forms for New Clients' page on my website, fill in these forms and email them to me with a few suggestions of when you are available and I will get back to you.

Or you could simply call, text or email me to ask any questions, have a chat or book a session. My contact information is at the bottom of the page.
